- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The only reason I'm giving a one star is that none was not an option and I've had this exact same PO.Box for12 years now and never had any issues till the last few years. Once a new postmaster was hired in the old one moved on, this is when am the issues and serious problems began. The first four plus months I have benefit of the doubt. There's always a need learning curve when it's the start of a new job.After a year I can only assume w she's has zero customer service training it hates the job this bad. When buying stamps out getting printed slips to mail a package a smile an go a long way, I wish I could say there are long lines but there singe, responding to a customer in a flat monotone voice and using as few words as possible will make anyone feel awkward and I have seen people walk out in the middle of a transaction because of this! The. If you must call in y of ur treated as if your committing a terrible crime or sin, casing in to place your po box on hold d or forwarding, f o r stuff that the websites unable to do and directs you to call in. Then nothing's held items are sent back, on so many occasions I've lost count! I have never left a review in my ice good or bad. But it's costing me extra from them returning item's to the point I wonder why I am paying for this service at all.
